LinkGather



This plugin will allow you to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, also you can just go to the URL below:

When you have installed the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Instructions


A new menu item on the left side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available for you:

If you click on the Home offering, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the check here links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack get more info short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
